A Caribbean base, redistilled with Scottish Hazelnuts to create a rich Hazelnut Rum. Infused with locally sourced Heather Honey, and spiced with Ginger, Orange Peel, Allspice, and Cloves.

Aged with toasted oak chips, the spirit is smooth, sweet, nutty, warming, and importantly, unique.
